YogaWella Offers different yoga services for women’s health; private one-to-one classes for women, yoga restorative group classes and yoga pregnancy classes. We use the diversity of the yoga tools to support the overall wellbeing of women and women in pregnancy; preconception, prenatal and postnatally. Yoga is a holistic approach to our health, supports our immune system and teaches us to connect within, to find strength and flexibility, not only in our body and mind, but also to find those aspects in our daily life.

Our preconception yoga classes, guide and support women through her journey of wanting to become pregnant, we use very gentle techniques as mudras and chants, different poses to release anxiety and stress, and special breathing to help in this special journey. The prenatal classes prepare mothers-to-be for birth and labour, supporting them throughout pregnancy and beyond, with all the different tools that yoga has to offer. Pregnancy yoga can help to keep energy levels up, and uses relaxation and breathing techniques all the way till the birth of the baby. YogaWella follows the holistic approach of Birthlight and the teachings of Krishnamacharya. You can come and enjoy our pregnancy yoga class from the 14th week of pregnancy or take a special preconception yoga class with us. We do recommend to follow up your pregnancy classes with post-natal yoga, helping new mommies to feel energetic, to get back in shape and to get extra support during the first few weeks after the birth of the baby.

Our one-to-one private yoga classes are offered to give you a better understanding of what is going on with your body, mind and health on a much more deeper level. The private yoga sessions will help you with clarity, decision making and changing patterns to find your balance and regain your inner health, while keeping your body fit and in great shape at the same time.

The restorative classes are for all levels and meant to give you a focus on relaxation, distressing and release of tension in mind and body. By the use of pranayama, mindfulness/meditation, and the philosophy of Patanjali, we learn to take a look at life from a different angle, to heal the body and to connect more deeply with ourselves and others around us.
